    Receiving an order

After diagnostics the item will be exchanged for a new one free of charge. After exchange, make sure that the new model has no defects.
    Refund
    You have the right to return the item within 7 calendar days after the purchase. A refund is possible only if the presentation and the consumer properties are preserved, as well as having a document, confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase.
    Return of good quality goods is made through a written request made in a free form on your behalf. You are required to specify:
    • Full company name.
    • Your full name and passport details.
    • Full name of the product with the article number.
    • Reason for the return of the product.
    • Return date.
    • Amount to be refunded.
    • Your signature.
    You can return the product by:
    • Personally visiting the sales office of the company BORK on a working day from 10:00 to 18:00 at: 108811, Moscow, Moskovsky Settlement,

    • Having issued a refund through the BORK delivery service. In this case, you pay the courier's fee for product return, according to the tariffs specified on the page www.bork.ru/support/delivery/.
    • Sending goods by Russian Post, EMS, DHL or other postal services. In this case you pay the cost of delivery, according to the price list of chosen organization. Returned item should be registered as an ordinary parcel. Please note that you are fully responsible for the products until its delivery to the BORK sales office.     Refund of the required amount is made within 10 working days from the date of submission of the relevant claim. Refund is made:
    • In cash, if you have paid for the products in cash. At the same time, the account cash warrant is made on the issue and receipt of funds.
    • Non-cash transfer of funds to the details specified by you, if you paid for the purchase with a plastic card or non-cash transfer.
