An hour before the arrival, the delivery officer will notify you of the arrival.
The ordered item will be handed over to the person specified in the order form. When paying by bank card, a valid ID must be presented.
Delivery is not made to addresses that are not residential or office premises. If entry to the area requires a fee, you must arrange for a vehicle pass or cover the cost. Otherwise, the courier will only be able to deliver the item to the checkpoint.
Before accepting the order, please check the completeness of the model and ensure there are no damages. All accompanying purchase documents will be sent to your email address.
For returning an item purchased online, the delivery cost is not charged.
